Tundra Swan viewing event set for Saturday, Nov 18th on
the Mississippi River near Brownsville, Minnesota

RELEASE: A tundra swan viewing will be held
Saturday at the US Fish and Wildlife Service observation area just south of
Brownsville, Minnesota on Hwy 26. FWS staff will be on hand to answer
questions, provide binoculars, scopes and bird identification books from
10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The location on the Mississippi River offers a view of thousands of migrating
tundra swans and other waterfowl, plus a large number of bald eagles and other
birds.
